1. None of my photos are ever planned; they are a spur of the moment thought to capture something beautiful. As such, they usually turn out strange.

2. My subjects tend to vary, but I'm very drawn to nature above all other considerations.

3. I'm not fond of digitally manipulating my own pictures; almost all of my photos are original apart from reducing the size and adding my signature to them. That being said, I am sometimes fascinated by what my art may become with enhancement.

4. I love flaws. Most flaws in my pictures add some unique element that make the picture what it is, and why I chose to display them for everyone else. Although not everyone may share this opinion, each person is entitled to their own views.

5. I am more self-critical of myself as an artist as opposed to a photographer. I suppose being a photographer makes me an artist of sorts, but my ability to draw and paint shall never live up to the perfectionist expectations I place upon myself. That, and I'm not very good, period.

6. I would like to aim for more black and white photos, but lack both the motivation and inspiration to do so. While a myriad of colours can delight the senses, I find there's a stark beauty in black and white images that I would love to be able to capture.

7. I would like my subjects to be more indepth so they reflect more.

8. I've always been drawn to photography, but not nearly as much as I'd like to be. When I was younger, I had dreams of being a photographer if I didn't make it as a writer. My motivation comes and goes with the seasons, I've more desire to take pictures when things are vibrant and full of life around me.

9. I prefer using a digital camera to an SLR, it's a personal choice for many reasons and may be subject to change.

10. If I don't feel drawn to something I've created, I won't often keep it. I love criticism as much as I dread it. I need to be less of a perfectionist.
